Narendra Modi has sent out birthday wishes in Tamil to cinestar Rajinikanth, who turned 64 Friday. The prime minister wished the "legendary" artist a long life.
Modi took to Twitter to reach out to the cinema czar on the special day, when his film Lingaa also hit the screen.
