Shift work may lead to damaged memory: Study.....

 
As per a new research, working in irregular shifts might cause long-term damage to people's memory and mental abilities. Shift work may also lead to serious health problems like heart diseases and even cancers. Also, those who work in night shifts may face a Vitamin D deficiency due to no exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D deficiency causes impaired brain function.
