Greek diplomat dies in Thai train accident........

OFFICIALS say a diplomat from the Greek Embassy in Thailand has died after she fell under a moving train.
THAILAND'S state railway says the accident occurred on Wednesday on a train in Kanchanaburi, an area famous for its natural beauty and a bridge built by Western prisoners during World War II memorialised in the book and movie The Bridge on the River Kwai.
It says the diplomat got off the train during a stop to take a photo, then tried to get back on after it had started moving, but failed and fell underneath.
She was taken to a hospital but was too severely injured to survive.
An official at the Greek Embassy confirmed the death, but withheld the victim's name before notifying her family.
